Thanks to Tony Backhouse for a wonderful workshop on the Monday 6 September 2010, and thanks to all those new visitors that joined us for a fun evening. Welcome to new committee members!
As you may recall our Band manager, Kenn Martin informed us that he would be leaving his role in 2010.  In July, a committee of Band of Angels members volunteered to take on these management responsibilities.  The committee is:

As you may know I’m involved with Vocal Evolution – Australian Champion Men’s Harmony Chorus. www.vocalevolution.com

Since winning the gold medal in September last year we have been in full swing developing our repertoire and our network, aiming to deliver a broader appeal in what we do. Recently we appeared on Australia’s Got Talent. As well as that we’ve been busy raising funds to assist us in representing Australia at the World Championship competition in July 2011.

We are holding a concert on 5th June at Subiaco Arts Centre and I’d like to ask you to support us by coming along.

This is going to be a night of great entertainment, have a look at the attached promo flyer. We are going to be singing lots of well known songs, all in fabulous four-part harmony.

As well as the concert we are holding a raffle, the prize is a $1,000 gift voucher from JB Hi-Fi. We are limiting the number of tickets to only 300 and tickets are $10 each, you can get them from me.

Imagine a great concert and the chance of a 50 inch plasma TV or whatever electrical hi-fi gadget takes your fancy! What a night!
